Class is almost in session! This means there will be an influx of first-day pictures flooding your timelines and feeds. First day of school photos are a great way to commemorate the start of a new year. However, it's important to be mindful of what you share and ensure you're not oversharing. Providing potentially identifying details online, such as your child's school name, teacher's name, school uniforms/logos, or your child's hobbies, can inadvertently be used by predators to groom children on social media or gaming apps. Before you share, remember to keep privacy and safety in mind. Here are some tips to consider as you get ready to share your kids' first-day photos or any of their photos online.
