Easter is right around the corner and even though the chocolate bunny may seem innocent, it is guilty of increasing the exposure of acids and sugars to young developing teeth.

My youngest son Stockton Haws and I finished “ The Tour de Palm Springs “ Century. My 1st of the season and Stocktons 1st ever full Century. 104.5 miles. Did it with my Brother Kasey’s 3 kids. Great day..... where’s the Motrin !

85 mile ride yesterday. Redlands to New Port Beach. About 5 hrs. Rode with my OLDER brother , Kasey and his kids. Time for In n Out !!
Great time back packing with my 2 sons , Harrison Adams Haws and Stockton Haws at Philmont , NM. this summer. 60 miles, 10 days, 6,000-11,736 ft elevation and some good rain. Troop 126 “Bone Heads” performed wonderfully. 4 th Trek in 16 yrs. miss this place.
