TWO DAY WORKSHOP in SANTA CRUZ, CA
CONSTELLATION AND RESTORATIVE YOGA

In this two day immersion we will be working with the Nervous System and the Internal Family System, in combination with restorative yoga. Constellation is a healing process that directly addresses our unconscious pattens and behaviors that are so often deeply rooted in our childhood development. We, as adults, experience the effects of developmental trauma through various symptoms such as anxiety, depression, addictions, mental and emotional disorders, physical illnesses, sleep disorders, relationship and financial issues, among many others. Restorative yoga is deeply nourishing and it will highly complement the constellation processes.

No prior experience or knowledge is necessary to participate in this Yoga and Constellation workshop, and everyone can benefit from the experience. Feel free to forward to friends and family.

Please join us for a ONE DAY WORKSHOP combining the fields of Constellation Work and Expressive Arts.
We will be exploring our relationship with:
• our body - our sensuality
• our heart and ge***al - our sexuality
• our womb and our belly - the vessels of our feminine power and creativity
Through this rich exploration you will gain:
• fresh insights on how your external reality and experiences are likely a reflection of your own inner landscapes
• a clearer understanding of how patriarchy possibly lives and operates within you
• ways to support new inner movements, both personally and collectively as women, to enable a new form of feminine leadership and manifestation to emerge in our lives and in our World

This will be a small and intimate setting.

"Becoming a round being is to continuously allow a deepening that doesn't become unbalanced. A round being is very much about touching into the depths for sure, but constantly and always allowing the return to happen, because consciousness does breathe. Consciousness breathes in and out. Every time it breathes in, we have a deeper entry into life and every time it breathes out, we have a deeper disappearance into the void. This breathing in and breathing out at some point can come to happen at the exact same point in time. And as this higher and higher level of energy is allowed to come in and live through our beings, we become able to hold greater and greater space as ourselves. More than anything we have to be willing to be with and let that fear pass through us. Because this fear, it will arise again and again and again. Our ability to hold ourselves in that fear means everything. Creating that round body of being is what allows us to go as deeply in as we go out and return. When we do that, our human beings become able to carry our realization. Thereby, there is a thread of connection between all of our bodies of being. This makes them able to co exist.
