We wanted to share with the social media world how much Superior has redefined the standard of excellence, in which every gym should hold.

This is not just a gym, but a community from all different walks of life. Together we continue to rise.

Breakfast smoothie:
1 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
16oz of peanut butter or almond butter
1 scoop of vanilla protein
**Add water if needed**
Meet the founder and owner of Superior Fitness Center, Dustin Alliano.
Dustin‘s passion for fitness and faith continues to be the driving force for the ever evolving Superior Fitness Center.
Dustin enjoys spending his free time hiking, swimming, exploring Santa Barbara, or chillin at the beach with his wife and four children.

By mapping out a meal plan and preparing those meals in advance, there’s no excuse for grabbing fast food or eating off of your meal plan.

Exercise is super good for your body. Any form of exercise can reduce stress you are currently undergoing.
Exercise raises your endorphins which is similar to what you may have heard before as, the runner’s high.
It can also be a form of meditation, as you are focusing on the movement of your body and it’s parts— which can help alleviate anxiety.
Exercise can help improve your sleep, mood, and your self-confidence.
This is a sign to get up and get going because your body needs exercise to help with everyday life. So start today. Hit the gym or go for a walk outside. Stay active.

Hey you! Yes you. It’s okay to want to rest. Don’t burn yourself out trying to keep up with the world’s mentality of the no sleep hustle formula.
God made a day of rest and even He rested.
So take a day to rest. We are not made to work off of no sleep or no breaks. It’s okay.
