With Summer Solstice just around the corner and finals in the rear view mirror, summer is truly upon us! As usual, the weather in Santa Barbara has been perfect.
Why not hit the beach to rejuvenate both mind and body. Soak in that sunshine to boost your natural serotonin levels which will help keep you energized and focused. Consider taking a beach walk while you’re there - you never know what you might discover!
Hint: If visit Haskell‘s beach in Goleta, (the one by the Bacara) and walk left to the pier you will find a delightful trove of swallows nests with a frenzy of activity and “baby feeding”!

In order to ensure your snacks keep you filled and aid your productivity, try choosing an option that does just that! Mixed nuts, veggies, greek yogurt or even a piece of dark chocolate are all great options that will keep you feeling satisfied 🙂
