Recently I have had a lot of questions from people about estate planning. You want to plan before the need. Get a trust and ancillary estate planning done In advance so your loved ones won’t have to worry about that when the time comes.
I follow a history account on instagram, her dog has cancer and as any animal person knows, those bills are huge. If you can please donate any amount to help her pup fight cancer.

Garo Yepremian wasn't just a kicker for the Miami Dolphins. He was also Miami's most famous necktie salesman. Long before multi-million dollar contracts, most NFL players had real fulltime jobs to support themselves and their families. Yepremian had been in the necktie business since arriving in the United States from Cyprus. When he was released by the Detroit Lions after 1967, he worked primarily on his necktie business for three years before he got an opportunity with the Dolphins in 1970. Yepremian's neckties became a popular item in South Florida. Many of them had unique patterns, including motifs of goal posts and football themed designs. In addition to his necktie business, Yepremian was a proud member of the National Guard. He was officially naturalized as an American citizen during a ceremony at the Orange Bowl on July 4, 1973. Yepremian wore his National Guard uniform during the ceremony. He called it his proudest moment at the stadium. "Some very special things have happened to me here in this stadium. And this is the most special of them all," he said.
Smoky was a 4 lb, 7 inch tall, Yorkshire Terrier who served in World War II. In 1944 Smoky was found in a foxhole in the jungles of New Guinea by an American soldier who brought her back to camp and sold her to Corporal William A. Wynne for $6.44. For the next 2 years Smoky lived a soldiers life. Because she was not an official military dog, she did not get dog food or medical care. She shared Wynne’s meals and slept beside him in his tent.
The little dog even flew 12 air/sea rescue and photo reconnaissance missions, secured in the soldiers backpack. She survived 150 air raids and saved Wynne by warning him of incoming shells. Like many Yorkies, Smoky also loved to learn tricks and preform. She did so with the Special Services – entertaining soldiers in hospitals. After the war Smoky was flown back to the US hidden in a oxygen mask carrying case.
For the next 10 years she made television and public appearances in Veterans hospitals until her death in 1957. Smoky is considered the first Therapy Dog.
If you have not done an estate plan, when crisis hits, it if often to late.
Be safe this holiday season. Remember it can cost much more than thousands of dollars if you drink and drive. Plan to use a designated driver, taxi, or rideshare.
However if you or someone you know is charged with a DUI please give my firm a call.

Just got off the phone with a real gem. Business owner makes a contest where he thinks he will collect enough entry fees to overcome the costs and the “prize-money” offered. Problem is, he only gets ten contestants. They finish the competition and he pays the winners with checks. Which he promptly placed stop payments on and plays a game of “no-no, that’s a good check” for months. Eventually, it’s clear he’s just not an ethical businessman, so when confronted with
His misdeeds by yours truly, he’s arrogant, immediately believes that taking over the conversation is a good strategy, Claims he will pay and then says as a parting shot that my client is an Expletive. I guess when cornered some people are just vile. Hope he pays....
It's 2017, remember I always give free consultations and I'm here to assist you in your legal needs. If I am not the attorney who can help, I have many qualified associates I can refer you to.
Remember, you have the right to remain silent. This is only useful to you when you exercise it. While you should comply with directions of an officer, such as getting out of the car, or other physical instructions turn around, put your hands up, get on the ground..., you are not required to answer questions such as where are you going? Where have you been? What are you doing? Have you been drinking? ect... These are questions designed to gather information that creates probable cause for further investigation and possible arrest.
Remember! You have 10 days after a DUI arrest to contact the DMV for a hearing. If you fail to do so you are going to likely receive an automatic license suspension. CALL NOW to have us represent you!
