All accompanied by our incredible homemade green salsa, Hand made tortillas prepared from scratch, and our classic Spanish rice as well as refried Beans! And Yes, beans and rice like the ones our beloved grandparents used to make! All authentic ingredients prepared by our passionate cooks. Ingredients that have been passed down to us, that originated in Mexico and that are now being served to you at our restaurant every day! Every ingredient has been carefully picked and allocated, resulting in a delicious meal!

Pupusas are a widely known Salvadorean staple that are delicious to the core. Indeed, as pupusas commonly contain a Cheese or Bean & Cheese filling, where it is kept warm.
Fascinated by this dish, Charcoal Grill Chicken utilizes a special technique and recipe: a unique blend of 3 cheeses or "tres quesos" is used for our cheese pupusas allowing for a creamy, yet dense filling. Its outer layer(dough), freshly prepared, when heated develops a texture similar to that of a corn tortilla. Pupusas may also be filled with bean, cheese, and pork(chicharron) as well.
Its unique, circular shape and variety of optional flavors in its filling allow this dish to intriguing and tasty, hence its popularity, a true work of art.

Charcoal Grill is very well known for its Guadalajara Style Barbacoa Tacos, which have become one of our most well respected Items, after our grilled chicken of coarse. This is because the tacos must go through a specific process before they reach the plate of a customer and before shredded barbacoa beef is tucked into the tortilla.
A tortilla is dipped in Barbacoa stew which it absorbs causing it to develop a red/orange color and texture. As a result, when the tortilla is heated, it develops a crispy quality, rather than your normal soft shell taco. Not only do you revive a taco with tender barbacoa beef but also a crispy/crunchy tortilla coated with barbacoa juice, added for maximum flavor. Topped with Cilantro and Onions and paired with our unique red salsa. A taco recipe and technique originating from Guadalajara, Jalisco located in Mexico, is now brought to you at our establishment. A colorful, Mexican Style Meal Worthy of its name: Guadalajara Style, Barbacoa Taco.
