🌱 The Grow program at SMO empowers low-income parents with the tools they need to succeed. Through essential training, free classes, and scholarships, parents can achieve financial stability and gain the life skills necessary to raise their families independently.

With over 100 workshops offered in both English and Spanish, we’re here to support our community every step of the way.

A New Beginning at Our New Location! 📚

We are beyond excited to share a special moment from our first-ever financial literacy class at our new location, taught by the wonderful team at California Credit Union. 🎉🏡

Education is the key to empowerment, especially for our single parents who are dedicated to building a secure future for their families. This class is just the beginning of many more opportunities to learn, grow, and thrive together.

At Single Mothers Outreach, we understand the unique challenges single parents face.

Our “CONNECT” program is designed to bring single mothers together, fostering supportive relationships and a strong sense of community. Through peer support groups, classes, and group therapy, “CONNECT” empowers parents to share resources, encouragement, and friendship.

Our experienced staff provides personalized case management to ensure every family’s unique needs are met, offering targeted resources in areas such as childcare, food, clothing, legal aid, housing, and financial assistance. By connecting single parents, we reduce isolation and build a network that understands and supports you.

📚 Back to School Donation Drive!

As the new school year approaches, let’s come together to support single-parent families in our community. Your donations will provide essential school supplies, uniforms, and resources to ensure every child is ready to succeed!

🎒 We are looking to fill 150 backpacks benefitting families at Single Mothers Outreach. Because supplies differ between ages and schools, we are asking for Target, Walmart, or Staples gift cards valued at $50.00 to fill the backpacks.
