We have been busy these past months building our Film Library. During this time we have built a very strong relationship with the Conejo Valley Unified School District. And we now represent all 34 of their properties.

This includes all of the Elementary Schools, Middle Schools, High Schools and Continuation Schools. The best part about all of this is, EVERYTHING is available. Football Fields, Classrooms, Hallways, Theaters, Lunchrooms, Quads, Baseball Fields, Soccer Fields, Basketball Courts, Tennis Courts, Offices, Lab Rooms, Everything! This includes all of the Elementary Schools, Middle Schools, High Schools and Continuation Schools.

If you have never seen the Conejo Valley Unified School Districts Schools, your in for a pleasant surprise. Some of the Schools in the District include, Thousand Oaks High School, Westlake High School, Conejo Valley High School, Newbury Park High School, Colina Middle School, Redwood Middle School, Los Cerritos Middle School, Sequoia Middle School, Westlake Hills Elementary, Westlake Elementary, Maple Elementary, Lang Ranch Elementary, just to name a few.

Went over a snapped a couple pictures of one of there big box stores that are empty, 16,000 sq ft of usable space with a loading dock and roll up door.
