IYKYK rusto repairs this week on a 64 Impala. Remove and repair the rotten metal with fresh stuff. I'm a full day and a half into peeling back the layers and I can see the light lol Tomorrow I will start rebuilding the inner structures of the rockers then box it back in and install a new floor and crossmembers...Stuff like this takes time because you see one rust hole but it might go through six layers of the car, so you end up cutting until you get to the last layer and rebuilding each piece back from there. It's a process but needs to be done to save the car and make sure the repair will last as long as the original.
