Açaí is the fruit of the açaí tree ( a palm tree that can reach up to 30 meters in height)!

Originally from the Amazon region, it is very rich in energizing iron and, in it’s pure state, an excellent way to prevent premature aging. 💜

The appreciation of the fruit has brought economic benefits to the regional population and an ecological benefit by promoting the conservation of açai groves.

The açaí bowl is the most common way to consume the fruit: the frozen açaí pulp is blended with guarana syrup, resulting in a paste similar to ice cream. 😋

Brazil is the world's largest producer of açaí, responsible for 85% of the world's supply. 🇧🇷
