Chubbs Chicken Sandwiches

Allen from is running a $10 Mai Tai special this week so we decided to hop on the tiki bandwagon! We are back with special summer hours Wed-Sat 5pm-9pm! And check out as they will be running a fun tropical special as well 🍍

We are taking a much needed rest and will be back July 17th!

🚨 Birthday Alert 🚨 It’s Casey’s birthday! Happy Birthday Casey! 🎉🎂🥳 You are such an important part of the Chubbs team and we would not be able to do any of this without you! We love you! ❤️

Yall we are opening early on Saturday with our favorite stoner special! It’s our bowl (box? heaping pile?) of all the goodies: mac & cheese, mash & gravy, fries, coleslaw, and chopped chicken thigh, all topped with pickles and choice of sauce.

(Was it just called the eat your feelings special? Yes, but we love a good excuse to put this on the menu. Ok, so why not have it all the time you ask, and we would tell you it’s a lot of extra prep and chaos in the kitchen but it’s fun, so we like to sneak it into a few holidays and popups throughout the year.)

P.s. a little birdie told us it’s also 5 year anniversary on Saturday so come down and show them some love too!

Yall I almost dropped this post yesterday but this is no joke, we have had the “secret menu” printed on the back of a few menus since we came back from our winter break. We had our fun hiding it but have decided that maybe we should make it a little less secret for those of you that no longer need to look at a menu before ordering. *These items are only available for in-person ordering*

🎂Happy Birthday Gabe🎂! The youngest of the Chubbs trio and cat parent to our namesake cat (plus many other furry friends) is another year older today! We love ya Gabe! ❤️

Hey y’all, This Valentine’s Day and ourselves ( ) have put together a triple header for y’all! We have will have live music plus we all put a fun special on each of our menus. We will have the Eat Your Feelings special, with our previously pop-up only Trash Bowl, fresh baked brownie, and soda. Full Steam Dumpling will be slinging some fire Lonely Heart Noodles (Jjangmyeon). The After Hours Bar will have fun new drinks including the “Text Your Ex”boilermaker, and the Cranberry Red Flag 💔

Come on down 5pm-9pm Feb 14!

We all got some good rest and now we’re ready to start getting back to business. As usual it’s us and bar tonight, tomorrow comes back to their usual weekly hours and open mic is jamming in the dining room. Thursday will be quizzing the room. Friday and Saturday it’s Full Steam, After Hours and us slinging our wares with flair, with plenty of seats near the fire pits!

We are closed on Thursday to spend time with family and friends. Catch us slinging sandos on our usual schedule the rest of the week.

Wednesdays are for Open Mic night! Each week hosts a show for y’all to come and bring your talents to the stage, follow them for info on signups!
Last but not least in our activity lineup is Trivia Night! Hosted by Ethan of has two rounds of trivia on a variety of topics (plus if you follow them there is often a daily trivia question in their stories)

Have y’all tried our fried mushroom sandwich yet? We get some amazing oyster mushrooms from and fry them up in our signature batter and put them on a sando with toppings of your choice. 🤤

TODAY ONLY at we are sharing the best kept secret menu item previously only available to those who share the kitchen with us: The Trash Bowl. It’s got a base of fries, coleslaw, mash potatoes n’ gravy, mac n’ cheese, topped with a chopped fried chicken thigh, your sauce of choice and pickles. We will be slinging 4-7 or sell out!
