Our kitchen prep every day several batches of “Bolognese” in the authentic way. Did you try our seasonal menu? For summer 🌞 we have a classic form the Italian grill “spiedino” 🇮🇹 ( 🇺🇸 skewer). Grass fed top sirloin marinated in Uncle Dave’s IPA from with onions and bell pepper, topped with a zesty salsa verde, on a bed or arugula.
