We love teaching the Alexander Technique and working with embodied sensation, present moment awareness, and giving them 'tools' to use that allow them to create their character, reduce their fear and stage fright and come from a place of ease and poise.

We had a great beginner's Alexander Technique Class this past 9-week series. Always great to watch how people change not only in their posture, voice, and presence from an acting point of view but how they work with the Alexander principles and apply them to their daily life.
