Documentary Synopsis: Come on the journey of a lifetime with Leon Logothetis aka the Kindness Guy - five-time best selling author, host of the Kindness Diaries on Netflix and Discovery+ and a former broker. Watch as he finally faces his pain, surrenders to his calling, and goes on an incredible, soul-stirring adventure to find the meaning of life. It takes extraordinary courage to put down a su***de note, pick up the book of a mystical yogi, and travel to an ancient land in a desperate search for life. Together, Leon and the viewers are guided by spiritual leaders (including Sadhguru, Neale Donald Walsch, Mike Dooley, and Yasmin Mogahed to name a few), helpers of humanity, and even the universe, or as some people call it, God. Leon walks on the sand by the Ganges and speaks hushed Sufi prayers under the stars. He talks to living saints and serves food for hundreds of thousands in the hot, smoke-filled halls of God’s kitchen. He dances to exhaustion in the marble temples of the Hari Krishna and meditates with Buddhist monks in the Himalayas. Through it all, Leon comes to discover that the true meaning of life is not an external pursuit, but rather an intimate exploration of the kindness, love, and purpose already within us all.
