A timeless and stunning chapel that takes my breath away every time. I’ve been lucky to experience a few in Northern Ca. and it makes me dream of a historic and architecturally profound chapel abroad oozing with history. This is where I geek out.

Lush ceremony aisles are trending for 2023. This beautiful aisle and arch were brought to life with Cherries florals.

One of my favorite invitation suites by our girl over at . I love the neutral textured wood grain envelope enclosure that set the tone of the thoughtfully designed celebration to come. This boxed invitation oozed with textured neutral details. Such a fun experience for guests, don’t you think?

Cheers to open air, al fresco dinners, in beautiful scenery, surrounded by friends and family. This is inspiring me to bring back Friendsgiving- something we missed these past 2 years. Are you a Friendsgiving host/hostess with the most/mostest?

Sometimes I forget how lucky we are that good, quality, healthy food, grown in our county is what we get to serve our guests at events. It’s a way of life for many in Wine Country, and over the years of working in hospitality I’ve learned it’s not the norm outside of California. I was raised growing and harvesting organic vegetables for dinner (before organic was a thing 🙃), buying meat from the local butcher, and gathering eggs from the hen house. It was years before I understood how important these small practices were, how it cultivated an appreciation of quality food. Fast forward to present day, I can appreciate and teach my clients the depths that they reach when hiring a local caterer that partners with local farmers.
Pro tip: Cheaper isn’t always better. Value is where we focus. Knowing your money is well spent on quality food, on a company that pays livable wages to their employees, that supports local farmers with sustainable practices for our land and comes to your dinner table looking beautifully presented and delicious is a WIN!

Dinner for 20 in the warm evening light? Yes, please! These dainty crystal beauties sparkled overhead at the rehearsal dinner with cuisine prepared by the team at . Chandeliers stayed in place for the wedding day to follow and we transformed the space to an outdoor seating area and with a cigar rolling bar.

Oh Wine Country, you are so beautiful- how did we get so lucky?!
Have you ever been to Arista Winery? Do yourself a favor and go. As a winery patron, it’s a quintessential wine country environment- polished yet relaxed, wonderful hospitality but not stuffy, delicious wines that are fairly priced for their quality.
For events, they have a number of spaces available to suit different styles, different events (spoiler: they don’t just host weddings, but we do love an Arista wedding!). Wood fired pizzas, Pinot, vineyard views and a peek-a-boo view of Mount St. Helena…sign me up 🙋🏻‍♀️

These beauties flanked the altar and water blessing at the ceremony for this chic Thai inspired wedding. With prices soaring and waste on the rise, we always try to be mindful of ways to add value to our clients planning and design with eco conscious choices. Repurposing products and design features, using cotton paper from local artisans, and other elements are all small steps we take to make an impact. These florals were repurposed to the dancing area and added a beautiful accent to the entry door into dancing.

This stylish little setup was the altar and water blessing for a recent Thai inspired wedding ceremony in Healdsburg at Arista Winery. The beautiful orchid garland was our rendition of a traditional malai - which was placed as a gift from an elder over each the bride and grooms shoulders.

Minimal and effortless. I always laugh how much effort goes into something looking “effortless”, but I digress. I do absolutely love how these minimal and structured florals came to be with a nod a nod to Thai wedding vibe. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Vineyard ceremony vibes

White, clean, crisp was the design inspiration for N+D’s Thai infused wedding. With each space we used, we added a few simple touches. The modern florals and vessel brought this one to the next level. We are so grateful for this amazing community of event professionals we get to collaborate with.

A cozy little lounge to rest your dancing feet and wet your whistle.

We love how the artwork so perfectly blended elegance and playfulness, with pup Leo as the star of the show.

Meet Leo, our couples beloved fur baby. Leo and their love for Leo became the inspiration for their wedding. We wanted to create a playful, romantic wedding aesthetic while honoring their personalities and their love for bud light and Leo. Such a handsome ring-bearer-dog!

This couple wanted a reception space that was separated from the dinner space. We designed a partition that was functional and beautiful. During cocktails hour, guests mingled on half of the lawn behind the billowy fabric wall adorned with floral and vines. When it was time to invite guests to dinner, we opened the fabric draping and invited guests through the the archway. Along the way, they stopped to find their seating on hanging canvas banners.
