Tonight’s New Moon is in the sign of Leo and is a potent portal of transformation because it’s a fire sign . Fire Burns all things away that are no longer needed. Old thoughts, beliefs, relationships….a great time to clean out the closets on all levels!

The light of fire also illuminates our path. One of my favorite morning prayers that sets the tone for my day!

Tip- from time to time, during your day, check in to see how your energy is flowing.

If you've strayed from your center, simply take a moment with hand on heart and belly, ground into the earth and repeat this mantra, "Body, breath and mind, same place, same time".

It only takes a few moments to do this to return to your inner palace of Peace....you deserve it and the entire world fells the gift of your energy.
