Ladies and Gentleman, may I present to you this masterpiece. A whole trout so divine it makes the Mona Lisa look like a silly doodle. This 1.5 pound beauty from is stuffed with warm sauerkraut and topped with a dill crème fraiche and striped Armenian cucumbers from . Golden brown potatoes round out this hefty shareable dish. And bonus, it’s served deboned. Schön!

Going out a limb here, but a salad a day is probably better than an apple. Esp when it’s a Tuscan prosciutto and melon salad with plum vinaigrette, topped with the subtle spicy crunch of pink peppercorn. Hands down my favorite thing to eat right now.
