✨Today I taught our Root Chakra Belly Dance lesson and it was amazing 😻 I was able to share parts of my story and how I’ve healed and changed many traumas of my past to be where I am today. 🌹

✨We opened up the root chakra so we can feel more safe, calm and balanced in our bodies 🥰

✨I’m super grateful I get to do this work with women, helping them release their sexual traumas, regain their self esteem, confidence, and sexual power ✨❤️
