So far today, I finished my "retraining" for ServSafe, set my time to take the ServSafe exam, got my insurance issues squared away and certificates emailed to additionally insured parties, set my appointment with Will from CBI to talk distribution (Will is amazing btw), and set up times to go and look at trailers...
