🔑 If you are dealing with shoulder pain, save this post and give this exercise a try with a partner!
✅This exercise will improve shoulder and relieve pain.
🗒️Drop the shoulders back, tilt the opposite ear to the opposite shoulder, partner places their thumb to the trapezius and find ridge, then push the thumb into the cable.
➡️Push in with slight force and gently increase pressure. Do once or twice daily until pain is gone.
