I shared this post many years ago and still believe it to be true. The stigma about therapy has improved, however, there is still a long ways to go.

But just remember:

👉🏼 Just because you are in therapy doesn’t make you crazy.
👉🏼 It’s healthy to talk about our feelings with others, and what’s better than an unbiased person who isn’t allowed to share your secrets?
👉🏼 People seek therapy for many reasons. Everyone has stressors, everyone has problems.
