12' x 24' Sunroom - Saugerties, NY We added a large sun room space, 12' x 24'. Flooded with light from 6 over-sized windows, a sliding door unit, and a main entry door. The insulated interior has painted sheetrock walls, deep window sills, and features a v-groove pine-paneled ceiling surrounding a skylight centered over the room.

12' x 18' Kitchen in Upper West Side, NYC This large kitchen received a full overhaul. The custom cabinetry contrasts a natural wood grain below against a custom blue shop-painted double-upper row. Open shelving and open-faced wire door panels tie into brass hardware and custom hood vent.

This sunny and warm alcove studio in NYC's London Terrace is a great example of balance within scale. The apartment was transformed from estate condition into a lovely and cozy alcove studio. The apartment received a full overhaul including new kitchen, bathroom, added alcove with sliding glass door partition, updated electrical and fresh coats of plaster and paint. This home renovation represents our 5th full re-haul within the London Terrace complex.

This Hudson Square 3 Bedroom/2.5 Bath was built new in 2006 and was in serious need of an uplift. The project included new solid maple flooring, new kitchen, bathrooms, custom lighting, and custom mill work storage built-ins throughout.
