Avoid meat and dairy at least a week before your menstruation to prevent excessive inflammation, bloating, cramping pain and overall an unhealthy state of being.

Introduce fruits to satisfy that sweet tooth and eat dark chocolate! High quality dark chocolate is increases serotonin. So, look for 70% cocoa or higher and chocolate with NO milk.
