Love it when a made up recipe comes together! Now hear me out, it started off healthy. 😂 Shredded, cooked, seasoned chicken and steamed broccoli. I decided to make a little rice. Hmm… casserole? We shall. Added cheddar cheese soup and cream of chicken. It’s not a casserole unless there is shredded cheese in it, boom. Now this reminds me of poppyseed chicken! Crumbled crackers in butter for the top (now it’s a real casserole, right church ladies?) and a sprinkle of poppyseeds. Yum!
