Hey friends! We are trying to bring the “BEST” training to Savannah. This is an extremely thorough training that covers birth emergencies in out of hospital settings. It also covers NRP and gets you prepared for certification in that regard. This training is actually geared towards midwives but is open to all birth workers.

It’s partially done online and then there is a 1 day in person work shop for emergencies (9am to 6pm) and then another 6 hour half day for NRP.

We need atleast 14 people to bring this training local, and then 6 of those people would need to be interested in NRP for us to be able to add that on as well. This is a highly regarded training that’s great to add to your list of accomplishments for prospective clients.

Birth Emergency Skills Training® Workshops - Live & Online We provide a variety of comprehensive Birth Emergency Skills Training Workshops and online programs for out of hospital midwives, student midwives, nurses, and birth workers. Check out shoulder dystocia (2.5 hours) and postpartum hemorrhage (3 hours).

The health department stopped offering gyn and STI testing, so Rebirth has kept prices cheaper than a good massage to increase access especially for our uninsured, marginalized women.

I have worked hard to help women love themselves, with abundant roadblocks and social media bans for using the word "va**na," even though I am **nas on Tiktok (enjoy some fun education!), Instagram, Facebook, and a podcast on Spotify. Let’s normalize loving ourselves and demystify correct anatomical terminology.

liver cleanses and detoxing from the holidays! It's time to cleanse your liver!
How were your holidays???? For many, it's a time of excess, stress, rich foods, and for some indulgence in alcohol - all of which are hard on our livers. I have been seeing so many women with elevated liver enzymes, sluggish livers, and congested gallbladders (which is more common in women). What does this look or feel like? Common complaints are bloating, fatigue, nausea or upper tummy discomfort after meals.

Let's cleanse your liver and gallbladder! For your liver I blended chicory root, burdock root, roasted dandelion root, and milk thistle seeds all of which cleanse and nourish a strained liver. When steeped, the herbs make a wonderful nutty, opaque tea that many use as a coffee substitute since it is so dark and earthy like coffee, but far better for you! I also have a fresh batch of digestive bitters which help clear bile from your liver and gallbladder and make a wonderful aperitif to aid in digestion.
