Our mission was to restore this home to its original glory, preserving its historic charm and elegance. Join us as we restore the original hardwood floors, revive the intricate trim and fireplace details, and reveal the true beauty of the property. This project entailed transforming two distinct buildings with a breezeway in between into a modern and functional workspace. The Basin Company have been diligently working to accomplish this objective, and we are extremely proud of the outcomes. Picture this: a 40 ft tall and 300 ft long tenant demising wall, providing each tenant with their own fabulous space. We're super stoked to fulfill their wishes and can't wait to show you the fantastic end result!

Slated for the grand opening this week, their second location for this awesome frozen treat chain will be located at 419 Highway 80 West in Pooler. Hello there! We are thrilled to share with you the completion of the foundation and framing work for one of our residential building projects. This is a huge achievement in the building process, and we are grateful to our team for their hard work and dedication.

The foundation and framing work involved excavating the site, laying the concrete footings and slab, installing the drainage system, reinforcing the structure, erecting the frame for the building, and attaching the roof.

Good morning. I have an exciting new restoration project to introduce to you today. The Basin Company has begun a pair of 1903 Historic Renovations, one of which suffered catastrophic fire damage resulting in having to restore the entire backside of the building, as you can see in these photos. Our goal is to get these properties back to their former glory so because of this one of our strategies is that we are salvaging all the original trim and plaster as possible to stay in line with the era. Stay tuned for updates on the progress of this project.

This my friends are some highlights of the completed work we did at 111 E Gordon Townhouse located in our beautiful historic district of Savannah. We are pleased to announce everything is coming together for One to Another Evangelistic Ministries new sanctuary building in Garden City. I am excited to say there has been a lot of progress since our last update. The walls are up and getting painted, the stacked stone and bricks are being laid and the tile work is underway. Among various other aspects of this project that are being worked on and completed I'd say all in all the finishing touches are coming together. The Basin Company is getting close to completing this project and are excited to see this place of worship available to the community. Come back and see the completed project.
