Today we are serving our delicious Homemade Chicken Salad, Tina salad and Pimento Cheese...on a croissant or Sourdough bread. We also have HOT or COLD sandwiches...Turkey, Ham, Club, Grilled cheese, BLT...we also have wraps and a House salad, Spring mix or Ceasar Salad.. we also can whip you up a fresh squeezed lemonade, or frozen lemonade... we have flavors to add also....
We know this is a busy time, but you can call in your order and we will have it ready when you arrive!! Our Hours are 7 am til 4 pm Tuesday-Friday and 7 am til 2 on Saturdays... for now we will be closed on Mondays! We thank you all for your love and support! You have been good to us!! Lisa

Hello, I'm Jess and I'm an Imperfectionist.

I used to be a perfectionist and then I got really tired.

And also I've realized I'm really really excellent at being kind of a mess.

I talk before I think and sometimes I talk in order to think. I don't really know how people keep their houses clean all the time. Sorcery? Witch craft? Magic elves? I have three junk drawers and two junk closets. My garage is kind of a junk room if I'm honest. Sometimes my kids sleep in their clothes because I have no energy to argue the merits of pajamas. Also I'm not even sure there are merits of pajamas?

I'm horrible at keeping track of papers. Where are the papers? What papers? THOSE PAPERS? THOSE IMPORTANT PAPERS? Well, obviously I put them in an "important place". My dresser? The junk drawer? Under my bed? Inside of the fridgerator? I HAVE NO MEMORY. Also keys. I lose my keys, but don't worry, I only lose them when I'm late.

I love buying things I might return. Then I love forgetting those things in my closet for seven months. I also like driving around with goodwill bags in my trunk for several years.

I'm great at starting 17 projects and finishing none of them. When I do finish a project I feel unstoppable, like a superhero. Finishing stuff is hard. I feel the same way when I finally fold the laundry and put it away. UNSTOPPABLE.

I'm a mess. I'm an imperfectionist, but the thing is I'm fine with that now.

I used to think something was wrong with me. I used to bury my fast food bags deep in the garbage can before people came over lest the find out my deep love for the fried chicken sandwich. I used to pretend that I was the kind of person that remembers to buy tampons before my period and doesn't run out of toilet paper on the regular.

But the thing is I'm not. I'm not that person.

And that's okay.

I'm not a person that dust ceiling fans or gets gas before the light is on. But the thing that's cool about me is I don't expect that from you either.

I will never judge you for your messes or your imperfections, I will love you for it. If I see a McDonalds cup in your hand when you pull up to school drop off I will give you an internal standing ovation. If you show me your flaws and your quirks and your messes, I'll only feel honored. WHAT YOU HAVE CEREAL ON YOUR FLOOR TOO?? I LOVE YOU!

There's no time to worry about being perfect, we just gotta BE ourselves and LOVE ourselves - and love each other too.

Cupcake of the day, Banana Pudding...we also have Salted Caramel, Ghiradelli Chocolate, Oreo, Vanilla and Strawberry Jamberry. We have also have Fresh Homemade Vegetable Beef soup and Homemade Potato Soup as well as our Panini Sandwiches. We also have Homemade Pimento, Tuna and Chicken Salad sandwiches and our sandwiches are available in a wrap or on a bed of lettuce!

We will be closed Friday April 5- Monday April 15. This weekend we will be helping with Hunting the cure youth turkey Hunt benefiting St Jude. and then going on a much needed R and R with my family! We will be open Thursday 7 till 4 pm. I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of my friends, Followers, every person that has supported me by buying cupcakes, soups, sandwiches, cookies, cakes or whatever you purchased! You have blown us away with your kind words and support! I will be taking this opportunity to rest, and regroup for the summer season!
