Big Thanks to everyone who contributed to our annual MVLS 2023 Great Give Back campaign at Central (Oct 15-Nov 30) to benefit the 518 Free Store. https://518freestore.org/what-we-do We collected over 500 hygiene and baby care items! Director Shalonda Faircloth picked up the final collection last week and she was extremely grateful. Thanks also to Friends of Library and Library Board of Directors member, Chris Witkowski, who had collection boxes set up at the two Friends of Library bookstores over Shop Small Saturday weekend: a large amount of contributions also came in from those two stores!

We are so grateful to be the recipients of Schenectady County Public Library’s Great Give Back initiative!

The outpouring of support & generosity was overwhelming!

From all of us,
Thank you ❤️
