Hey, Schertz! ๐Ÿ‘‹

There is a risk for locally heavy rainfall this afternoon and tonight. Isolated pockets of rainfall could lead to potential flooding.

Here are a few tips to make sure that you are weather-aware:

โ€ผ๏ธ Sign up for our emergency alerts at Schertz.com/alerts to receive notifications directly to your phone or email. It's a quick and convenient way to stay informed about any weather-related emergencies in our community.

โœ…Stay Informed: Keep an eye on weather updates from reliable sources like the US National Weather Service Austin-San Antonio Texas and local news.

๐Ÿš— Turn Around, Don't Drown: Did you know that just six inches of moving water can knock you down, and one foot of moving water can sweep your vehicle away? Leave early, use caution, and turn around if you see water over the road.
