To our Pure Sushi valued guests,
Regretfully we must announce the decision to discontinue the Happy Hour promotion on Friday’s beginning 6/02/23. Faced with mounting expenditures outside of our control including rising commodities, rent increases and burgeoning labor costs we declined to raise our prices throughout the entire menu or to limit Happy Hour to specific areas or reduced times. We feel that not offering Happy Hour on these days more closely aligns with the standard currently available and is the best option. It also allows us to continue to offer Happy Hour Monday-Thursday throughout the ENTIRE restaurant which is not normally the case in most restaurants. We can also continue to offer our 1/2 price Wine Bottle Night every Tuesday along with other features and promotions. We regret any disappointment and look forward to you joining us soon.

Whiskey pepper NY steak. 12oz strip crusted in peppercorn and pan seared. Sweet onions, sh*take mushrooms and peppers are sautéed in the render of the same pan with a lil butter, bourbon whiskey and a touch of demi-glace. served with grilled zucchini squash and rice pilaf.
Bluefin Lime - shrimp tempura, spicy crab and cucumber inside topped with bluefin tuna and lime served with a mango pico and spicy tataki sauce.

Mahi-mahi fish N chips – Beer tempura battered Mahi on our sweet potato fry mix served with a cabernet vinegar sauce.
Strawberry Butterfish – spicy crab, Yamagobo, asparagus topped with butterfish and strawberry served with a strawberry balsamic reduction

Miso Butterfish is at Pure this weekend. Slightly sweet miso crusted Black cod (true butterfish) baked for a moist and flakey interior served with our asian stir-fry vegetables and steamed white rice.
One Love roll, a fun roll to share. Spicy crab and avocado wrapped in soy paper and topped with fresh tuna. Topped with tempura shrimp bites tossed in one love sauce (spicy sweet mayo) and a drizzle of eel sauce. See you this weekend!!!!!!

2 Specials this super bowl weekend, one coming from the sushi line and one coming from the hot line. Spicy orange shrimp sitting on rice pilaf and steam broccoli. Sushi has the Wasabi Kakimochi roll, shrimp tempura, krabmix and spicy tuna topped with yellowtail and fresh wasabi and Kakimochi from Hawaii. Thanks to all of you that have come for curbside service this past week!!! We are happy to be back serving our guests. We hope you enjoyed your favorite Pure Sushi dishes. We look forward to serving you again soon. We are happy to announce that we are expanding our curbside service to include LUNCH starting Friday May 8th at 12pm. We will be serving our entire limited Carry-out menu daily from 12pm – 7:30pm. Please call to place your order. Orders accepted beginning at 11am.
