Hiro sushi have to extend the renovation for a couple of days. We are having delay on the construction. Sorry for the wait and we are trying to open the restaurant on October 11th. I will post for update.

Sorry for all costomer’s who have been supporting are local restaurants for take out. Starting from tomorrow we are not taking any hand roll Togo’s due to many complains from the same costomers this past month. Due to many reason such as the seaweed is soggy, the texture is different. The size are small, there is no presentation and many more.
sorry but we will stop hand roll take out.

TO OUR HIRO SUSHI CUSTOMERS.....

As we all adjust to this new norm as it relates to this COVID19 PANDEMIC please understand that we are following protocol mandates based on guidelines set-up by
The Maricopa County Environmental Services Department, The CDC and The Maricopa Health Department.
It is important to note that Hiro Sushi prides itself in Our Food Quality and in Our Staff.
Therefore we would like to highlight some simple facts that will help alleviate potential concerns regarding Our Take Out Services. There are some Customers who are experiencing Sushi for the first time but also Our Loyal Customers as well.
The experience in take out service certainly is not the same as dining in. The presentations change based on appropriate containers available to us for menu items. We do everything possible, to create a pleasant dining experience for you to take home and enjoy.
Just some simple facts:

1) All Food is served at proper temperatures whether it be Sashimi, Variety of Rolls, Appetizers, Salads or Entrees as they leave the restaurant.

2) With so many different types of Sushi or regular dinner items it can be complicated. We ask that an appropriate aged person calls in the order. We always repeat your order back to you for confirmation so the order is accurate for preparation.

3) Take Out Service is just that.....”Take Out!” If one picks up their order it is important to note that once you pick your order up, it is very difficult for us to be responsible for that order if you make stops before you get home. We advise that the best way for a better product is to drive directly hone without stops as food temperatures are very important dealing with out food products.

4) Our Menu Items are exactly the same portions whether Dining In or Taking Out. If you need extra condiments such as Wasabi, Pickled Ginger or Soy Sauce please ask for them.

5) There WILL BE NO REFUNDS on an order as we confirm the item back to you when you call and we go over the order when you arrive for pick up. Thus, ANY DISCREPANCIES should be dealt with at that time of pick up so it can be corrected so we both know your order is accurate so that you can enjoy it as you ordered it!

Warning to our costumer.

Recently we were receiving calls from costumers ordering special rolls and special sashimi boat that we don’t have in are restaurant.
We have find out that there is a fake website that someone made that using are address and phone number in order to sell coupon. So please do not follow the menu and it’s prices. We are looking to get this website down.
