Our clients had a custom home under construction (5900 square feet on a 30k sq ft lot in 85018) and elected to sell the project before the home was completed. This was a VERY complicated one to market and navigate to the finish line. We worked with technology partners and the builder to produce rendered images of the finished product, produced printed materials that outlined the finishes in each part of the home, worked with the General Contractor (Gather Projects, and they were amazingly helpful) to create a link to specification level detail. We were on hand whenever an interested party wanted to walk the site. We answered hundreds, possibly thousands of questions. We can’t lie, this one crossing the finish line was a very happy moment for the clients and for us! We solve problems, and excel when things are complicated.
