FHFA announces new conforming loan limits for 2023 increasing from $647,200 in 2022 to $715,000. What does this mean? Your buying power is increasing! Increasing the conforming loan amount means you can purchase more without needing to qualify for a jumbo loan - which can have more restrictions and requirements than a conventional loan.

As the year goes on, housing inventory continues to grow. If you gave up on the search for your dream home, now may be the perfect time to start back up, and here is why:
