These scallops come from the nutrient rich, pure and pristine waters off Nantucket Island; they are unsurpassed in their characteristic delicate and sugar-sweet flavor. Since the beginning of the season can be sporadic, PLEASE call in advance over the next few weeks to be sure we have a sufficient supply!
