Couldn’t be more proud ! Katy came to me with the goal of getting back to her college soccer shape/weight. This is the lightest she has been since her D1 soccer days back in 2018 & all of her lifts have gone UP through the process. LET’S GO KATY !

LIVES ARE CHANGING ‼️

Your fitness is so much bigger than YOU. It floods out to all of your endeavors and relationships. Mark came to me back in December and said he was ready to make a CHANGE in his life! Since that day he has proven his word to be bond. He had never dieted, never tracked food, and never spent much time in the gym prior to this year. In a short time he has lost over 34lbs of FAT all while gaining lean muscle. It has been a privilege to coach him up to this point.

In 60 days Steve lost 18 lbs of fat and gained 2.6 lbs of muscle. Thanks for showing us all what is possible when you have the right systems and give 100% effort.
