This brilliant young lady is the future of plastic surgery. She is doing big things as a pre-med student at Vanderbilt and came to observe my surgeries today. I won’t say good luck, Anya because you won’t need it. Can’t wait to watch you sail!

Rounding out the summer with a visit with family was a perfect ending to the summer travel season. Mom is almost 93 and Parker celebrates number 12 tomorrow!

I guess it all looks the same. Beautiful!

When I travel to places like this I frequently reflect on where I started. In the smallest house with my wonderful parents who adopted me, whom had very little and found a way to give their children everything. Not the least of which was a work ethic and a drive that has always stuck with me. Grateful my daughters have the same drive.

Getting ready for another sojourn

The pure joy that the beach and family time brings us! These girls are in the gym everyday preparing for their upcoming soccer season while on vacation! “Rest day”is tomorrow…. back at Disneyland!

Love being active with them. Scholar-athletes that make me so very proud.

Summer beach time! So many traditions here for them. Family time. ❤️

Who doesn’t live a good suit that matches a holiday?! No pinching allowed here! We hope you all have a safe and fun St. Patrick’s Day.

This 33 year-old mother of two was tired of being asked when she was due, especially since she wasn't pregnant and was not overweight. This type of abdominal wall stretch that can occur following pregnancy cannot be fixed with diet or exercise. Her tummy tuck result gave her much improved confidence and many more fashion choices. A win-win!

•Botox and Filler Facts•
I frequently get asked how long filler lasts after injection. That is a loaded question. The answer depends on the area that is being injected, the type of filler being used, the amount being injected, the metabolism of the recipient and the skill of the injector.

Thicker fillers tend to last longer (9-12 months) but should not be used in superficial or mobile areas like the lips.

Thinner fillers are softer and have shorter duration of persistence (6 months) but are desirable in areas where firmness is undesirable like lips.

I dislike permanent fillers because they distort the intricate anatomy of the face making surgical procedures much more technically demanding.

Stick with hyaluronic acid fillers that are native to your system and can be dissolved if necessary.
