Drivers are needed at the city's best local all-purpose delivery service, Scottsdale Zoom! We're busy and seeking more team members, so read on to see why Scottsdale Zoom could be a perfect fit for you!

We are seeking drivers to work 20 hours minimum per week any time between: Monday-Friday: 3pm-10pm Saturday/Sunday: 11am-10pm

Description of position:
- Pick up and drop off of take-out food, documents, groceries, and other miscellaneous items; every delivery is different!
- Communication in real time with a dispatcher keeps deliveries running smoothly and safely.
- Set your own hours as an independent contractor; we'll tell you the busiest times with highest volume, but when you work is up to you!
- Receive competitive pay with great tips; a positive attitude and customer service skills come in handy.

Requirements:

- Working vehicle and smartphone.
- Must be able to provide proof of registration, current insurance, and driver's license.
- At least 18 years of age with two years of driving experience minimum.
- MVR records must be free of major traffic violations for at least the last two years.
- Must be able to pass background check.
- 90% of deliveries happen in the North Scottsdale area, so being close to this area is required while on the job to ensure acceptable delivery times.

Compensation:

- Average driver pay is about $15-20 per hour, plus tip!
- Make a variable percentage of delivery fee on every delivery ($4.00-$8.00), and 100% of tip. Average delivery fee is ~$15.00, and average tip is ~$9.00-12.00 depending on your skill at impressing the customer!
- Most deliveries take about 30-45 minutes to complete.
- Get paid weekly!
- Deliveries happen 365 days a year, 7 days a week, so there are always more jobs to pick up!
