Join Kristin tonight from 5-7pm at Astoria Arts and Movement Center for Vinyasa Flow! From 5:00-5:30 she will offer a workshop breaking down the individual poses of a traditional Hatha Sun Salutation or Surya Namaskar. From 5:30-6:30, we'll move through a Vinyasa Flow practice, and from 6:30-7:00 we'll meditate on taking the practice of flow off the mat into our daily lives. Drop ins welcome for $15. You can join for all or any portion of the three part class. See you on the mat!
