Cocktail of the week 🌿
“Distiller’s Garden”, an herbal riff on a gimlet
•OOLA gin
•Genepy (an alpine, herbal liqueur & alternative to chartreuse)
•Fresh lime
•Sage infused syrup
•Fresh rosemary sprig
The latter two ingredients being from the distiller’s garden, hence the name!
Beautiful food deserves to be captured and here at OOLA each dish is more beautiful than the last.

Workshopping cocktails looks like this:
amaricano liqueur & OOLA’s flagship gin, house-infused sage into a syrup, and fresh squeeze lemon juice.
Cocoa nibs around the lip of the glass to play off the liqueur.
