Happy San Gennaro Festival weekend!! We're running our pizza bagel special all weekend long!! Come hang before heading to the festival!!

We are looking to hire a part time weekend barista and a full time baker/cook.

Expectations for Barista: preferably a year of experience as a barista, basic knowledge of espresso drinks, customer service experience, great attitude, weekend availability, active food handlers permit (~15-25hrs per week)

Expectations for baker/cook: basic food safety knowledge, ability to lift ~50 #, customer service experience, ability to work in high pace environment, willingness to learn, great attitude, active food handlers permit (~30-40hrs per week)

Both positions start at $20-22/hr (DOE) plus pooled tips (usually comes out to $4-8/hr) Benefits include free bagels/coffee, 15% discount on groceries, flexible hours and working with a really rad team.

Hey Everybody!! We have bagels but we have no power at the moment!! So no hot coffee or hot food but if you want an untoasted bagel with shmear and a nitro cold brew and can pay cash, we're here and can make that happen for you!! We'll keep updating as we get info on the situation.

We finally got our sign up and we are obsessed with it! The frame is from the original Carleton Ave Grocery Store and we love being able to carry on little bits of history from our building. Come check it out for yourself this week!

Hey yall, our bagel making process takes two days so to ensure that all our employees have a nice holiday, we will be closed on the 4th AND the 5th this week. Stop by on Wednesday to stock up on bagels and other 4th of July essentials (we do sell bags of ice for your cooler!!) Or come visit us over the weekend!!

Hey everybody. We are going to close next weekend to give our staff a little RnR before the busy summer season!! We're all going to enjoy HONK! Fest West next weekend and we think you should too!!! Come in Weds, Thurs, and/or Fri this week to get your bagel fix and stock up for the weekend!!! We're also going to close at 3pm on the 8th to go to the Georgetown Carnival!! Other than that, We're sticking to our regular scheduled hours: Weds-Fri 7am-7pm, Sat 8am-5pm & Sun 8am-3pm. Thanks so much for understanding. We can't thank you enough for your support thus far and we are so excited to keep on keeping on after our little weekend off.

Y'all probably know by now that we make great bagels but did y'all know we have a full coffee and espresso menu?? Our beans are roasted fresh from our friends at Middle Fork Roasters just across the river in South Park AND we make all our flavorful beverage syrups in house. We pride ourselves on making a fantastic cup of joe whether you get a latte or just a good ole cup of drip coffee. Grab a coffee with your bagel next time and see for yourself!!

We sold out pretty early both Saturday and Sunday this weekend. I want to thank all of yall for bearing with us while we figure out pars!! We are going to keep making more and more bagels until we stop selling out before close!! Thank you so much to everyone who has come out to visit the shop this month. It's Opening Week!!! We are so excited to invite the world into our new shop. We'll be launching this week with a very SMALL menu but don't worry, we'll be expending it as the weeks go on. Come on down and try our fresh baked bagels!! Regular hours to be posted soon!!!

We made our very first batch of bagels out of our new kitchen this morning!! Feels so good to be back making bagels!!!
