Every year, Murph marks the kickoff of our summer cycle of CrossFit ‘Girls’, Hero & other benchmark workouts. This is always a fun cycle as it’s a time to revisit a variety of standardized workouts we’ve done in past years so we can check in on our fitness progress and growth!

🚨OPEN PREP is officially upon us!
To be honest, we’re already ready for the Open because we’re here doing this stuff every day, but this cycle gives us an opportunity to really hone in on some skill work, review movement standards and repeat some old beloved (and some not-so-loved 😳) Open workouts from years past. It’s a fantastic way to get even mentally & physically prepared for one of our favorite times of the year!
The Open kicks in on February 29th - don’t forget to get registered at games.CrossFit.com and pick S**O CROSSFIT as your affiliate to join our gym roster!

We’ve officially wrapped up our Liftmas cycle and are happy to report that it was a TREMENDOUS success and our PR board has been refilled with lots of new PRs!
Here’s a little breakdown of the cycle by the numbers:
🔸Back Squat PRs: 21
🔹Strict Press PRs: 17
🔸Push Press PRs: 19
🔹Deadlift PRs: 22
🔸Total PRs: 79
🔹Total increase in pounds lifted: 981 😲
Whether you PR’d by 1 pound or 50 pounds or simply maintained your strength throughout the cycle during a busy holiday season, you should all be extremely proud of the efforts you put in! 👏👏👏
