MUAY THAI FUNDAMENTALS:

Fundamentals classes focus on the foundational aspects that everyone needs to get started in Muay Thai, and keep their weapons and defenses sharp on the bag and Thai pads.

PARTNER DRILLS:

Dutch style drilling that focuses on footwork, defenses, countering, pad work, striking combinations, and introduction to sparring.

OPEN MAT:

Open to all members of the gym, come in or stay after class to get some bag work, spar, or get additional instruction from coach Abby.

CONDITIONING:

A bag work centered class that features high intensity drills, repetition, speed, and core work.

OPEN SPARRING:

Open sparring for gym members and various striking arts practitioners from the surrounding area. Fostering broader community growth and allowing fighters to get rounds and different looks from one another.

After the seminar with we’re hitting the grills rooftop lounge area!!

New space feels good!! 🤙

New Mats are down!! We held our first class at the new space yesterday!! We’re still working on it and we’re still moving things over but it’s coming together!! Thank You to everyone for the help! 🤙

New Space!!

If you didn’t know already, WE’RE MOVING NEXT DOOR!!
We’ve been working on building up the underfloor for the main mat area, putting in some new changing rooms, adding ample storage, and cleaning up the new space.
We are super excited for the increase in space and the actual front door!!

The official grand opening will be during the Saturday September 7th Carlos Machado Seminar!! BUT WE SHOULD BE UP AND RUNNING CLASSES IN THE NEW SPACE ON TUESDAY THE 30th!!!

Can’t wait to dive in! 🤙

Trans + Q***r BJJ Tournament II is on Sunday September 8th at 10:00am!!! 🤙

This is a competition for q***r and trans people. If you identify as q***r and/or trans, you are welcome and encouraged to compete! This space IS for YOU! Take it up! If you like, please select the gender category that you feel best describes you, and your decision will not be questioned. Please note that many of the final brackets will include fighters from multiple gender and weight categories. We intend to ensure everyone has at least 2 matches. 
Registration fee is a $30 each for Gi and nogi, or $50 for both. This is a suggested donation, and all funds will go towards prize money for the winners of each bracket. Sponsorships will be available. There will also be a $5 entry fee for spectators. If you or someone you know owns a business that might be interested in sponsoring a fighter, please DM us! Funds for registration fees and sponsorships will be pooled and divided between the final number of brackets. Competitors will take home all funds (or choose to donate them!); 1st place for each bracket gets 50%, 2nd gets 30%, and third gets 20%.
