thank you to kareine, anton, and chera for having me! i’m very excited to pop up at this chinatown location again; the last time was for AAPI heritage month and now, i’m closing filipino american history month with this pop up! it’s an honor!!

a medley of filipino-inspired pies will be available, please come early to check out what i’ve got in store for you 👀

as always, thank you/salamat for your support. 20% of my proceeds from this pop up will be donated to which is a nonprofit providing much needed humanitarian aid to the people in gaza. please follow them to see what they’re doing in palestine; you can donate directly.

finally received my certification of trademark registration!! it took over a year to get my business name trademarked and i had help from my friend from 4th grade who became a trademark attorney. thank you and go kensington parkwood elementary!

bringing back an oldie but a goodie: the calamansi meringue pie. not exactly sure when, but do know the where: let’s just say it’ll most likely be at one of the newer filipino spots in beacon hill 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾❤️💛💙

if you’ve never had my calamansi pie, just think lemon meringue but better; a filipino citrus that is similar to a lemon with a little hint of orange. i’m hoping to bring them back sometime during filipino american history month after the palengke at fcs! keep an eye out for announcements 👀

We are looking for talented high school and college age singers and performers! Submit a short video of your best song or dance routine.

One talented performer (or group) will be selected to be included in our curated Arts & Entertainment program for the “2nd Annual Palengke at FCS” on Saturday, September 30th.

Must be available to check in at 5:30pm and perform between 6:30pm to 7:00pm on the day of the event.

more photos from the grayseas pies workshop with the youth development program . teaching the littles about things like rhubarb, demerara sugar, and just baking in general was so heartwarming.

a couple of kids had never eaten a pie before much less made one. it was really cool to see each kid make their own little strawberry rhubarb pie, then eat it or take it home to their family!

it was equally cool to see the older kids get into it too. i think they had fun! ultimately, i hope to have inspired some future bakers 🫶🏾 thank you to for having me!

haven’t made pluot w/ brown sugar crumble pies since i started baking during lockdown!!

these are santa rosa pluots from lupillo orchards by way of 🤍 the flesh is super bright red and is super delicious. only made a handful of these pies so i’m assuming they’ll go fast!

come early to ’s columbia city night market from 6pm-10pm. i’ll have other flavors too ;)
