Cloud gazing! If this is available for you, take a walk to the park, sit on a bench, or maybe on the ground. Observe the clouds without placing the focus, just letting your sense absorb the view. Reminding yourself this will pass.

Notice as best as possible the last moment you are aware before falling asleep and the first moment you find awareness when you wake up.
Basically, notice when you are about to absolutely fall asleep and awake!

Meditation Practice.
Sit comfortably and upright. Close eyes or soften gaze.
Observe the breath form the tip of the nose and the nature of your body.
Is it sore?
Energized?
Tingling sensations?
At ease?
Just observe and repeat.

Wanting for more?
Ask yourself:
Do I need it?
Can I live without it?
Does improve my life condition?
