breathwork, meditation & trauma sensitive mindfulness for clear, peaceful, fearless, power
i’ve been practicing….
keep your big goal in mind for motivation to practice
some quotes that get me to just do it:
“discipline is freedom”
“meditate like your hair is on fire”
“f**k feelings f**k fun get s**t done “
“achieve the 10 stages of awakening”
1-3 hours a day is essential it seems for deeper results in simple calm abiding meditation and building significant momentum, if your not solely meditating for simple stress and emotional balance. short sits can be powerful too, but long sits matter immensely.
stop seeking so much stimulation, get real with yourself, you probably need to practice more alone, practice methodically, get off guided meditation apps, get off sound baths, get off relying on gurus, execute the skill set, and let go of distractions and get your priorities straight. cultivate your inner refuge. external supports are fine, but ultimately don’t become a slave to it. conquer and free your mind . stop making excuses, stop babying yourself in a guise of feel good distractions, and just do it.
go nowhere, meditate where you are. in a bar, in a crowded venue, at home, at work, while someone is yelling g at you.
stop acting like your phone and this and that activity is better than your internal freedom from suffering
keep up your diligent meditation practice, attack whats hindering you, see that you can be at peace with nothing at all
i am no guru, dont follow me , just practice with me 😉
Its official! I am a Certified Ice Bath Instructor.
Let’s get cold!
I did this for people’s safety, increasing knowledge, skill and developing my own practice. Oh, and my professional ego! haha. Having taught cold exposure for 2-3 years, I am grateful for this training! I also took a First Aid Cert. which was required of this course. I can say the cert. training definitely increased my knowledge and skills.
Thank you!
As always, reach out for private sessions, group/org events, and for couples (meditation, breathwork, cold water therapy)
Breathwork to Beats for Community Peace
This Sunday 6-7PM @ Gasworks Park
DM me to RSVP
One of my favorite practices is pranayama breathwork with hip hop beats (and all genres of music). Let go of stress, tap into the power of the breath, and feel the music supporting your experience.
Breathing together is better than killing each other. Lets get real! Lot of mental tensions and internal reactions cause people to commit violent acts out of emotional overwhelm, when a simple breathwork practice can free that stress, lust and hatred, to make clearer, nonviolent and more mature values based decisions.
Meet near the stone pillars in the grass.
Will have a gazebo to practice under.
Contact me at 253-218-9024 for issues.
Link in bio has fuller event description.
If you are involved in any groups or organizations that could benefit, I’m happy to offer this to your group if it seems like a good fit to both of us.
are you ready?

people think they need to do a lot or learn a lot or read a lot of books or do a lot of workshops to get somewhere really deep in meditation and awakening. welcome to spiritual materialism
➡️this is all you really need to do to be free. consistent practice with the right method for you; such as in this quote; it can be as simple as that for your whole life — however, you must discipline yourself consistently daily and show up to practice alone or with people if it works out.
most will not do this because it takes time, commitment, prioritizing, its not always fun in the short term. most want to take the easy route, emotional stimulation, a quick fix, watch more content, etc. most want to hear a guided audio voice meditation to make you feel good and supported, but in turn you imprison yourself by not really becoming your own agent in your practice. those guided meditations are only training wheels to become your own guide. you do not need a guide ultimately and its not wise to totally rely in guides. “kill the guru”
many people chase big felt experiences while losing the grounding and prolonged power of awareness in the process . remember simple focus and awareness meditation. you have to train awareness, and that takes work. even if you have a big experience, you can quickly lose the insight and positive qualities like a fleeting dream you forget within minutes.
i do not claim to be awakened or at some extreme meditative realization, however I have seen myself grow most significantly and have tasted a sense of this, and this point is poignant to remember.
now I am not saying dont do this or do that, usually most things are beneficial as you see fit. its just something to be aware of if you are seeking to go really deep searching for deeper truths. this is my opinion of course.

Death Meditation is a highly powerful technique that uses visualization of death to realize the truth of impermanent nature of reality, cultivate fearlessness, gratitude for what we have & it motivates one to take wholesome, purposeful actions.
Strong Yogic Breathwork opens & nurtures the physical, mental, emotional & spiritual systems in many beneficial ways, which supports a deeper, meditative, felt experience with the Death Meditation.
Mini Ice Bath (optional): Refresh yourself & remind yourself you are ALIVE with an at home mini ice bath. Create a home ice bath easily with a bowl, ice, and water. Choose your destiny: put your face, hands or feet into it. Google "deliberate cold exposure benefits" to see a list of powerful health benefits.
Note: Never do breathwork while doing an ice bath (we will do this separately).
Online Zoom Call for this one. I will post the link here on meetup once I get it set up. Contact me below if you have any issues.
If anyone wants to host the event indoors at their house/venue, I'm open to doing it both in person & online. We could watch a scary movie, have a creepy potluck talk or whatever too :)
