So I had quite the accident at this new listing. I was carrying my gallon of paint resting inside my painting tote. And the can tipped over and the lid somehow popped open spilling paint down the front of me, into the tote will all my painting gear, and onto the street in front of this condo complex. It was a disaster. I got myself cleaned up. Ruined about a grand in gear. And had no means to clean the paint off the street because it was all covered in paint. While cleaning myself up, cars were driving through the paint. So it was now all over the road. But since it was just latex paint it is easy to pressure wash off so I hired Francisco like magic, the problem vanished and the HOA of the complex is no longer wondering how this will get taken care of. We’re out one night, and notices an obvious photo op.

Eva goes to yoga yesterday morning, and when she came home, I said that I wanted to go to the Stonehenge replica in southern Washington, she was like WTF now!? And I said yes, I’m packing the truck and let go, and then we had the most magical day driving and enjoy the crazy diversely beautiful scenery and incredible food at random places and that whole Columbia river valley around Hood River which I never seen was mind blowing!

This house has this amazing glass addition being built, it looks like a ships hull cutting through the water. It is gorgeous, I know we could be friends too.

When we boat past this place I like to scream out “ I love your house!” Because I know we would get along great too. This home is owned by one of the originally employees of Microsoft he’s worth about $6billion and the house has a tax value of $100 million. It is just amazing! They have these bird kites flying out front.

We don’t have ac in the house, it’s 95 outside, and 77 inside. Why? Because when I remodeled my house I put a white roof on, instead of a black roof. So when you need a new roof, think about putting in a reflective color instead of an absorbing one.

When you can’t see the forest for the trees, and you learn those trees are needles in your back side.

It’s a good weekend with a surprise day out when we didn’t think we would have time. Along with finishing a project we have been working weeks on.
