we had the best engagement session with these four! (yes, we do engagements, family photos, etc and LOVEEEE them!)

tips for your dog having their absolute best day ever during your wedding, elopement, or event:

🐾 hire a wedding day pet care attendant to spend the day with them
🐾 make sure you have time planned to take photos with your dog
🐾 have their favorite treats available
🐾 get them a cute and comfortable outfit so they feel their best
🐾 ensure they have an itinerary for the day that is flexible + inclusive (hint: if you hire us we’ll make an itinerary for them!)

a 2024 client recently said during our consult call, “we don’t want our dog at our wedding at their own expense.” this is HUGE 💡🚨 and unfortunately, if you don’t have a dedicated handler for your dog, this might happen. we love dogs at weddings *and* we want to make sure they are happy and well taken care of throughout the day. that’s why we do what we do. happy dogs and happy couples. 💜

this was a perfect example of adapting a dogs itinerary to best fit their needs. originally, al + piper had a longer day planned - more time at the venue, time at the hotel, etc. we ended up switching things around so it was more time in their home (none at the hotel) and less time at the venue to reduce anxiety of being around so many people. it ended up being the perfect amount of time for them, and much more enjoyable for pawrents + pups. we can *always* switch things up as it gets closer to your wedding day!!
