Adrienne Kandhari at Rooted Therapy Seattle, PLLC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Adrienne works with millennial aged women (mid-20s-early 40s). She also specializes in working with women with ADHD or suspected ADHD. When working with women with ADHD, she combines executive function coaching and therapy through a relational and collaborative approach that is specialized to her client's needs.

Sofiya Kostareva is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Expressive Arts Therapist. She works with adults 18 and up who feel stuck and seek a sense of joy in their life. Her approach combines psychotherapy with creative, somatic and trauma-informed healing practices. As a first generation immigrant and a multi-disciplinary artist, she enjoys working with clients at the intersection of identities, specializing in supporting women, LGBTQ+ and immigrant/refugee communities.
