“I started with .carlidpt in an injury prevention capacity, I wanted to start working out and get healthy, and I didn’t want an injury to derail my effort.
Carli has been great because she’s developed a holistic view of my body kinetics, and can relate aches and pains across different muscle groups to common root causes. She works closely with my trainer at and has helped me work through ankle sprains, knee pain, back pain, shoulder pain and wrist/finger pain!!
I always walk out of my sessions in better shape than when I walked in!”
Thank you for the glowing review Zach!
🎈Happy birthday .carlidpt🎈

How can Physical Therapy help get you back to sport after a concussion?
- By targeting the neck and vestibular system (the system that includes the inner ear and it’s connections to the brain), we can shorten the time it takes to recover from a concussion.
- By taking an active approach that helps patients stay physically active within the restrictions of their recovery plan using targeted exercise.
- And by developing a plan for safety returning to sport and avoiding re-injury.
Always a pleasure to attend a doctor’s visit with a patient. Especially if that doctor is Ashwin Rao, a patient, open and thoughtful human being who looks to help everyone who comes to his office.
This was a hydro dissection of the posterior interosseous nerve, which in plain English is a procedure to take the pressure off a nerve as it passes by your elbow.
For this woman, a small business owner as a nurse injector, having control of her forearm and hand is vital to her career.
The hydro dissection, along with PT, will move her along the path to running her business pain-free.

Had a great time hosting Dr. Kerry Mauri from today for our learning and development hour here at NWFP!
I’ve been pretty excited about this one, as Dr. Kerry presented on accessory strength training for endurance athletes. It was so awesome to learn more about endurance training and protocol for runners and endurance athletes.
The people over at Arrow PT are amazing and some of my favorites in the Seattle area. I really can’t say enough wonderful things about them (especially since .carlidpt has been helping me with both an ankle and shoulder problem).
It was so awesome to have the chance to learn from you today Kerry, and we really appreciate your support for our growth as trainers and our pursuit of helping our clients as much as possible!

a recent review from a patient seeing Carli for a head injury:
“I’ve been seeing Carli for a head injury and she has been incredible! She’s super knowledgeable and helpful even with a few setbacks I’ve had along the way. I always leave our sessions feeling like I’ve learned something new with easy tools I can implement on my own to further my healing. I would highly recommend her for any physical therapy needs! 10/10”

Thanks for the great review Jacob!!
“Kerry at Arrow Physical Therapy is a genius. She has helped me solve a number of problems when other physical therapists in the area couldn't.
She has a knack for asking the right questions to fully understand what might be causing a problem, and provides excellent explanations and reasoning for every plan of care.
Most importantly, Kerry is a great listener. I never feel as though I wasn't heard or my ideas weren't taken seriously.
I will continue to visit Kerry at Arrow anytime I need physical therapy.”
A very productive day at Coleman Strength and Recovery!

🥾Hiking Warm Up to Prevent Injuries
I hope you’ve been able to hit the trails this summer! We’ve had beautiful weather in the PNW. Even if you’re a seasoned hiker, a quick warm up goes a long way to prevent injuries and crush your hike! Here’s a few moves that you can do at the trailhead:
⛰️Toe Touch Stretch - hold for 15 seconds, 3-5 times
⛰️Side Lunge Stretch- hold for 15 seconds, 3 times each side
⛰️Calf Stretch- hold for 15 seconds, 3 times each side
⛰️Squat- repeat 10-15 times
⛰️Lunge- 10 times each side (can split forward and backwards or do a few extra of each)
Give these few stretches and activation exercises a try before your next hike! Have fun!

Vestibular Therapy
Did you know that physical therapy can help with vertigo, dizziness, and concussions #? Very well actually!!
A comprehensive evaluation helps to determine the cause of your dizziness or where we need to start post-concussion.
The ultimate goal is to get you back to school, work, and exercise without symptoms!
